hhy is the solo project of Soopa’s jUliel a.k.a. Cactus Man; his music is sometimes described as “Suncore” or “extreme ethnics”, and is a blend of dub, breaks, Ra, harmonica and various Eastern instruments.
Cactus Man’s first instrument as a teenager was tabla, which he still plays in a classical Indian music group, but he also has played during the last years in other contexts, such as improvisation, noise, beats and electronics.
