Mental Liberation Ensemble gathered once again, this time welcoming guest Carlos Zíngaro, a legendary figure in portuguese improvised music since the 70s, having collaborated with Derek Bailey and Evan Parker, among countless other heavyweight musicians. The concert wandered into a territory where psychedelic horror film music, abstract electronic emissions and fierce melodic coils all blend together.

The performance was part of "A Mula Ruge", an illustration/visual art/music-fest organized by our friends from the art collective A Mula.
