Besta Bode

Besta Bode performs a third-type encounter to sail the waters where grindcore, remains of death metal and math rock all meet, becoming sonically what already as been described as Psychic-Death. Their drumless line-up makes for an oppressive sound.

Thematically, Besta Bode draw inspiration from a number of sources of disquiet and agitation, like the impact and wanders of numerology on the mind, and states of mixed animal/human consciousness. 

B.B. have a predilection for bringing their supersonic set to displaced cultural contexts : orthodox heavy metal festivals, pseudo-satanist and self-professed “serious” occultist ritual gatherings in their hometown of Porto and all sorts of other improbable situations, feeding generally unprepared audiences with both the codified expected and also its unexpected reverse : propulsion into the void and the menace of celestial signs to all the pharisians squatting the Temple.
